The Gathering Garden is a productive garden centred around entertaining, connection, and everyday outdoor living. It is designed to create a welcoming and highly functional outdoor environment with visual appeal within a compact residential setting.

A generous central lawn provides a sense of openness, while curved planting beds soften the geometry of the site and guide movement through the garden. Adjacent to the home, the outdoor living area extends the interior spaces and incorporates a pizza oven, raised vegetable gardens, and productive planting to encourage everyday outdoor living.

Layered planting introduces year-round structure, seasonal colour, and moments of quiet reflection, creating a contemporary landscape that is beautiful, practical, and easy to maintain.

Design Intent:

A detailed landscape design plan for a residential backyard, featuring various plants, trees, a deck with a potting bench, a barbecue area, a garden with clematis and gardenias, planter boxes, a lawn area, a pond, pathways, a seating area, and labels for specific plant varieties and structural elements.
